1. The supplier guarantees the quality and uses good materials for the products (same as the sample)

2. The supplier takes the responsibility for products testing, including hardware assembly installation testing, compatibility and stability testing.

3. The supplier provides User Manual and Instruction to the buyer.

4. The buyer must confirm good condition of products before signing for cargo receiving.

5. The warranty period for hardware is 12 months, the supplier provides products repairing service for free (if needs to exchange spare parts, please refer to No.8 & 9) in this period.

6. The operation system and application software running on the equipment shall not be covered by the supplier’s free warranty.

7. The supplier provides 3%-5% spare parts to the buyer for free.

8. Within one month after the buyer receives the products, if it is not man-made damage, the supplier could exchange spare parts for free including express fee. But if it is man-made damage, the supplier should charge the buyer spare parts fee and express fee.

9. Beyond one month after the buyer receives the products, if it is not man-made damage, the supplier could exchange parts for free (excluding express fee). But if it is man-made damage, the supplier should charge the buyer spare parts fee and express fee.

10. The supplier provides remote service such as video conference or phone calls for free to settle the problems.

11. The supplier should not take the responsibility under the below situations: force majeure factor damage such as Lighting, earthquake, Flood etc. personal improper installation or changes and abnormal transportation.
